New Gardens is a 900 lot residential development over a number of sites in Thornhill Park.

Our Task

PEAKURBAN is working closely with Sector Advantage through the due diligence process to acquire the site. Once the site was secured, we proactively worked through a servicing strategy with the surrounding landowners to amortise the cost of the sewer pump station, major wetland and outfall drainage works. Early engagement with the Authorities assisted in issue of a permit and commencement of detailed design within the project timeframe.
