The Project

Project involves 266 residential lots constructed in 5 stages. The sites are located with easy access to the Hume Highway, established Wallan township and the thriving Donnybrook/Craigieburn employment areas.

Our Task

PEAKURBAN worked closely with the Client and Contractor to bench a steep site into flatter lots suited to the first home buyer market in the Wallan area. Challenging ground conditions were overcome by proactively managing soil quality on site within the filling process. Our task included:

• Preparing approved design documents for 260 allotments within Stages 6-10.
• Constructing a short deep length of sewer through the ridge to eliminate the pump station, initially included in the strategy.

Overall, the site was serviced more efficient and provided a better commercial outcome for all stakeholders.
