PEAKURBAN is a civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design consultancy.
Working with leading Australian and international property developers and clients, PEAKURBAN offers an integrated selection of capabilities and services including site acquisition and due diligence advice, master planning and urban design, development applications and approvals, detailed engineering design, stormwater management plans and flood studies, tender and contract documentation and contract administration.
We offer a full suite of services, from site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction. We draw on our extensive industry knowledge and technical expertise to develop commercially smart and practical engineering and planning solutions to solve our clients’ challenges.
Civil Engineering
We deliver creative civil engineering solutions for all types of urban infrastructure, including earthworks, roads, drainage, water and sewerage networks and WSUD devices. We specialise in due diligence and advisory, development applications, engineering design and construction and superintendency.
Infrastructure
We work with contractors, Authorities and developers to plan and design infrastructure solutions for all types of civil infrastructure including signalised intersections, major trunk roads, bridges, reservoirs, trunk water mains, sewer rising mains and pump stations. We specialise in liaising and negotiating with Authorities for infrastructure offsets, servicing alignments and strategies, engineering design and construction and superintendency.
Planning & Urban Design
We focus on solutions for master planned communities, residential, townhouses and retirement and aged care projects. Our services include development applications, statutory and strategic planning and co-ordination and management of all forms of land surveying including feature survey, lot calculations and plan sealing.
Water & Environment
We offer a comprehensive suite of water and environment services, from stormwater management and flood assessment and hydraulic modelling, to dam and waterbody design and environmental services.
Supporting Orchard Property Group to deliver their $120M Pebble Creek development at South Maclean.
Helped Halcyon increase their developable area of 2.4ha at their latest lifestyle community development, B by Halcyon.
Assisting Frasers with their redevelopment of 48ha Keperra Quarry site with extreme unique topography.
Undertook a whole of site infrastructure assessment for Peet which increased yield by >500 lots at Flagstone.
Partnering with Lendlease with masterplanning and infrastructure servicing strategies for approx. 5000 lots at Pine Valley.
Helping Cedar Woods deliver Ellendale to integrate with existing topography and ecological corridors.
Provided value engineering to increase the developable area for Goldfields at Hayfield, Ripley by an additional 725 lots.
Working with Pask Group to deliver their 1000 lot masterplanned community at Rochedale.
Partnering with Wilcon on their major projects at Wyndham Vale, Deanside and Tarneit.
Working with Greencor on their 500 lot development in Wyndham Vale.
